When flour is not just flour.

Do you read the food labels every time you go shopping?
Or interested to know how to get “Trans Fat Free” or “Low GI” claim printed on the packaging?

Best is go for lesser processed stuffs and go for fresh ingredients to cook from scratch.

I prefer these pretty kitchen pantry organizing labels anytime:
– Chalkboard style
– Vintage style

hello … and a note

Hi, glad you found my site where I write mostly about my bread recipes  + other things I do daily to slow down a little and pare down a lot, especially on food waste and single-use plastics.  After all, we only have one earth, let’s be nice to it.

I post a mixture of my own photos and sometimes images that I really like by others, giving proper credits. Email me at {monoandco} at gmail dot com if you like me to remove the post with your image.

Thanks for stopping by.
Sandra
